webERP is an open source accounting package that is very popular. We are writing modules and components integrated with webERP so that companies can access and update data in webERP using Joomla!® modules and components. For instance, this inventory record update is much easier to access than through webERP.
Clicking the stock ID allows the salesman/franchisee to change reorder levels and reorder quantities for their stock.
Clicking the price allows the salesman/franchisee to change the pricing for selected customers assigned to them or change a price list price.
To install the component, follow instructions for installing components. Go to Extensions->Install/Uninstall. Browse to the file and click the "Upload file & Install" button.
To complete the Installation:
- In the administrator section under components choose webERP Inventory Control
- Click Parameters on the upper right then
- Enter host, database, database user, password, wiki path and default price list, for webERP database access.
- Create menu selection for component webERP Inventory Control
- The logged in Joomla!® user must be the same as the sales person code in webERP to see inventory records and price records for their customers.
For easy access and a powerful integration webERPinventory is an excellent component.
