CARTwebERP is a shopping cart Joomla! component that integrates with webERP. The terms, credit limits, account status, pricing, product pictures, product pdf brochures, customer records, sales tax, and freight tables entered in webERP are used in CARTwebERP to provide your customer the easiest way to shop and place orders. Once the order is placed, you have an order on your accounting system. Your customer may use a payment gateway like PayPal or charge the sale to accounts receivable. If they pay with credit card or paypal, then an entry is made in webERP for the payment to apply against the invoice when it is created. Nothing to synchronize or import. An awesome front end with the best back end possible!
This cart is not for everybody! Hopefully the $500 fee will help save those with simpler cart requirements from investing time on a solution that is designed for large volumes. Also, it will help us give excellent support to everyone else that implements this elegant solution for large volume sales on the internet.

From the back end, when you create orders in JInventory, you can then go to JBarcode and print the labels for the parts ordered. When you finish applying labels and stocking parts, you will have labels left for parts not received. This will assist in making accurate counts of receipts. As an alternative, after receiving parts in JInventory, you can print labels for parts received. You may wish to print labels from Receipts to avoid having labels left over.

quantities. As parts are used the part number is entered and the quantity is entered. On hand quantities are tracked real time. This eliminates making one trip to the customer to determine shortages leaving only one trip to the customer to fill shortages.
From the back end, when you create orders, the on hand quantity is compared to the reorder level to determine if a replenishment order is needed. The order records can be created by clicking the save button after reviewing parts on order and editing the quantities. The potential receipts can be displayed from the back end by clicking create receipts. After editing the quantities, you can save to update the on hand quantities for orders received.

This Joomla/webERP integration presents the inventory list from webERP in a way that makes it easy to make price changes or look up pricing for a particular customer. All price levels are listed for each part followed by a list of each customer and their corresponding price. Prices may be changed for a price level affecting many customers or a special price many be assigned to one or more customers. Stock reorder levels may also be changed with this module.
